Microsoft has announced the upcoming release of Windows 10 in the summer of 2015.
The company has said that upgrades will be free for a year.
“So if I upgrade, after a year I’ll start paying for my subscription to Windows 10 right?”

Yes, its free…if you have an eligible Windows 7 or 8.1 product Microsoft is offering the Windows 10 upgrade for free – but you only have until July 2016 to do so. If your system is not eligible, or you upgrade after this date, then you have to pay for the upgrade. But once you’ve got, that’s it!
